Beckham to face Manchester United as fans vote midfielder on to MLS All-Stars
David Beckham is set to face former club Manchester United on their tour of the United States after being voted on to the Major League Soccer All-Stars XI.
The Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder, who played for United from 1993 to 2003 before joining Real Madrid and then the west coast club, was named in the side chosen by fans.

Beckham, 36, is joined in the XI by Galaxy team-mate Landon Donovan, former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry and ex-Barcelona defender Rafa Marquez. Veteran Kasey Keller will start in goal.
United will face the MLS All-Stars at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey on July 27.

Meanwhile, Paul Scholes is hoping Beckham will make a guest appearance in his testimonial against an Eric Cantona New York Cosmos XI at Old Trafford on August 5.
Scholes, who will take up a coaching role at United after retiring at the end of the season, could also have former Red Devils Gary Neville and Nicky Butt in Cantona's Cosmos.
