Sneijder's £30m Man United move reignited as Inter fund move for Lille's Hazard


Wesley Sneijder's move to Manchester United could be back on as Inter Milan prepare to offload the Holland international midfielder to make way for new recruits.
Sneijder came close to moving to Old Trafford in the summer, but Sir Alex Ferguson was warned off by the size of the figures involved in the deal.

The Dutchman was targeted as a replacement for the exiting Paul Scholes, but the player’s £250,000-a-week wages proved prohibitive.
However, the Italian giants are hoping to cash in on Sneijder to fund a summer move for Lille's highly-rated Belgium international midfielder Eden Hazard.

Sneijder wouldn't be short of suitors in the summer with Man City and Chelsea - two clubs who could certainly afford the wages - also interested in the Holland international.
However, United's capitulation in the 6-1 drubbing to City could force Fergie's hand in an attempt to add some much-needed experience to the raft of youngsters who now populate the United squad.
