Rooney parties with City stars at birthday bash after United are mauled in Manchester derby

Wayne Rooney looked in no mood for a party as he 'celebrated' his birthday with two Manchester City players just hours after United's derby disaster.
Rooney had booked his favourite Chinese restaurant to mark turning 26 and guests, including City pair Joe Hart and Gareth Barry, enjoyed a banquet before singing karaoke.

Keeper Hart turned up at Wings with girlfriend Kimberley Crew just hours after helping City win 6-1 at Old Trafford while midfielder Barry was with his wife Louise.
One onlooker told The Sun: 'I did a double take when I saw the City lads walk in. But it shows what a great sport Wayne is to party the night away with his arch-rivals - especially after they gave United such a hammering.'

Rooney's wife Coleen raised the stakes in the glamour game in a red doily-style dress while England and Stoke forward Peter Crouch was there with his wife Abbey Clancy.
Rooney did look as if he would rather be anywhere else when he turned up at the venue but he soon got into the swing of things.
A United source said: 'He looked a bit miserable at first but I guess that's hardly surprising after getting stuffed like that.

'But he soon livened up. Everybody was having a great time as the night went on. The place was buzzing.'
United now trail Premier League leaders City by five points after doubles from Mario Balotelli and Edin Dzeko and a goal each from David Silva and Sergio Aguero.
Darren Fletcher scored for United, who had Jonny Evans sent off when it was 1-0 to City.
