It's a snip for Pique as he nets a Wembley memento after Barca's brilliant win

Barcelona not only proved a cut above Manchester United during a magnificent Champions League victory — but after the game as well.
After celebrating their 3-1 triumph by parading the famous trophy around Wembley, the Barcelona players then set about cutting down the goal nets to take back to Spain as a memento of their club’s fourth European Cup success.

Gerard Pique began by trying to cut away a small piece as a memento, but as Barca’s wild celebrations went on without him, it became clear he had bigger ideas.
Eventually he was able to detach the whole net from the goalposts and rejoin his jubilant colleagues.

He was following a tradition established by the basketball side from Barcelona.
